Growing up, as a multisport athlete from football to baseball, even going on to compete in some track & field events. I always had a passion for fitness and the technology that makes it accessible, from wearable devices to exercise equipment. 

In December 2019 I graduated from The University of Alabama in Huntsville with my undergrad in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on Kinesiology, Assistive Technology & Adaptive equipment.

This led me to continue my education in Strength and Conditioning, UX design, and front-end development.

Soon after graduating from UAH, I attained my Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certificate via the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). From here I explored many fitness professions to ultimately become a contract trainer at Huntsville Hospital.

From here I started 3-Dimensional Pro Studios. Fueled by my education, launched my first project 'growthszn.online' as a mobile fitness app that embodies my kinesiology and UX Design research.

My ultimate goal is to be a light to dark places and help my community grow as much as possible in their lifestyle and health and wellness journey. I share my story through Music, Arts, and Fitness. Join me on my growth season.
